Our Kindness Day

Hi we are the year 2 and 3 students at Kanere School. We wore pink shirts to school to celebrate Kindness Day. Mrs Minehan showed us a video of two schools where the students were wearing pink shirts and the little children did something special for the big students. The little students made pink t-shirt necklaces and they wrote positive, thoughtful and helpful words on them and then they gave them to the bigger students. They thought they were really nice and we did too, so we made our own pink shirts. We wrote kind words on them. Have a look at our slide show and tell us what you think of our pink shirts.
